The coconut tastes nicely toasted and the seeds give the clusters a slightly nutty flavour. If you eat organic, you’re in luck with these as each ingredient is organic. The list of ingredients is short which is always a good thing, organic toasted coconut, healthy organic chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds along with brown rice syrup and cane sugar to sweeten them up. I am a chocolate lover and if given the choice I actually may pick these over chocolate. If you do not like coconut you may not like the taste. These are basically, sweet, crunchy delicious clusters of coconutty goodness. I purchased them from Costco on sale for $7.89. When I was making my regular weekly visit to Costco West and saw that they were on sale, I decided it was time. I often have been standing there, unsure, staring up at them while my husband is already busy at the checkout. I swear I have been wanting to buy the Coconut Clusters by Inno Foods from Costco for at least six months.
Have you ever had those items at Costco that you consider buying every time because they look so good but never actually purchase? Maybe you even put it in your cart and then quickly put it back without purchasing after you’ve decided you “really don’t need it”. I have decided that the Costco snack and chocolate aisles are strategically at the front of the store for two reasons, A) so you can pick up delicious looking treats that you would usually pass by while you’re waiting in the typical Costco checkout line and B) so you can easily return that same treat you picked up to the shelf when you have had enough time to tell yourself you already have 10lbs of chocolate covered everything at home.
